DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· To attend pre-bid meeting with the client.
· To prepare bidding price proposal that will be submitted to the client.
· To conduct staking for the proper location of Poles and Anchors
(Aerial) and/or Conduits (Underground/Building) with the Clients
Inspectors.
· To prepare the following documents listed below:
§ As – Plan, Red Line and As – Built Drawing
§ Daily Accomplishment Report (D.A.R.) to be submitted to the
Immediate Superior.
§Work Change Request or Site Instruction.
§ Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
§ Test Results (FOC & Copper Cable)
§ Billing Documents
· Conducting Radio frequency (RF) survey.
· To make sure that all documents must be signed as soon as
possible by the Clients Inspector for billing purposes.
· To have a close coordination and good working relationship with the
Client at all times.
· Performs other functions that may be assigned by the Superior.
· Discuss the preliminary drawings with the client for approval.
· Initiate the implementation of the drawings and supervise the
progress of works thru monitoring and constant checking.
· Do on-site inspection and checking of the project during the
construction phase base on the approved plans and specifications.
